how to capture straming videos?

How can I capture a video from metacafe or youtube? . but the fact is that u cannot doanload these , they only run on the browser . I searched the net and downloaded wmrecorder 11. 2 . But I was not able to downlload the file . Actually I want to capture a tv add called IMPOSSIBLE FIELD of ADIDAS . it is in metacafe . I have tv tunar card. please help me and also tell me how to do this .

if you happen to use Opera, then goto the following folder & copy the file with .flv extenstion to any folder & use a good converter to convert the format to MPEG, WMV....
