how to add bioware friends to origin account

I have made some friends on bioware social network and i want to add them to my origin account but there is no option in origin to add bioware friends,

how to add them, i don't want to ask their email ids, suggest the possible ways..

my purpose is multiplayer gaming on bioware games which are linked to origin...

you have 3 ways for that
1. ask your friend(s) thier ORIGIN ID(not thier e-mail)
2.ask your friend(s) their E-mail associated with thier bioware acc./EA acc.
3.if your friend(s) are new to BSN(the ones who joined 'cause of ME3)they mostly have their ORIGIN ID as thier profile name so you can search on the origin client by using their profile name



and BTW add me as a friend on ORIGIN(my origin ID is blackhanddeva)
and bioware social network(BSN profile name TheDevoutSoldier)
