how save recently watched video in firefox

How to save an online video i recently watched. I've completely watched the video online and i can play it back from the beginning. But if i want to save it, then i have to start the download process again. Is there any way in firefox to retrieve the video which is still playable in the browser?

i'll tell u a solution go to *addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2254
and download unplug and download the video by clicking on

but download only videos which are not copyrighted
