How old is my graphics card....?

Hi i have a ATI radeon 1550 pci graphics card bought 6 months ago... i think its an old model...

do have any idea about this? if i upgrade which one is better(around 3K)????

in bangalore you can get nVidia GeForce 8500GT for Rs. 2950/-, but its PCIe
I am not sure about PCI cards. I myself am in need of those.
