How good is this - Olympus FE-120 7.1 MP 3X optical zoom @ 5125Rs?

Hi,
I wish to upgrade from my old 2MP Kodak digicam bought 5 years ago with something decent. I've just seen this:

can anyone throw some light how good is this one?
Is there any other cams (6-7 MP) in the range of 5-6K?

Olympus FE-120 is an old model now.. U can get cheap deal with MMC card at Times of India knowout offers.

Go for u ( mew ) series.

Go for FE170. It is only 500 more.
