Which is the best tablet pen under 5k ?

I went to a shop to get a tablet pen and they didn't have the wacom one .... instead they showed me the ipen from iball.... also they didn't allow me to see any demo of it ... Now sure I could have read the specs but even things with good specifications perform crap at times ...

That's why I want to ask any person who has used the ipen before ? If yes then how is it ?

The one I saw cost around 3200 Rs

Sorry for bumping the thread again ... But I really need to know .... If you don't know about iball then just tellme which the best tablet pen I can get for under 5000 .... I would use it for Flash and Photoshop work ..
