We should RMA any product through manufacture, not directly with thirdparty.
For Intel,
sasupport@mailbox.intel.com mainly conduct/observe RMA process in India, through Indian repeasantative, at your said service center Smartlink Network systems Ltd or anywhere, but Intel collect your faulty product from your doorstep.
So that we need not to fight (?) with sevice center. We dont have right to thirdparty (service center)to force them, because we did not purchase from service center if they dealer too of said product.
But we have right with Intel, because we purchased their product so we can force them.
