How can I subscribed two section ?

hi,
I search the forum,but can't found any solution.
If this query post already then mods please give the link and lock the thread.

Due to time shortage I can't visit the forum regularly...but I want to stay in touch with the forum,So

I want to subscribe two section i,e Open Source and Technology News(which I interested very much) via RSS news feeds. But when ever I click the Feed Icon the whole forum get subscribed.

I am using Opera 9.10's RSS feed...I don't think any better alternative out there as I don't want to Installed additional softies in my PC for this purpose.

So anyone have any Idea, How can I do that ?

Well you can just subscribe to those two forum from vB, not using RSS feeds.
When you enter into the section at the top there is "Forum Tools" in that there is "Subscribe to This Forum" use that to receive notifications.
