How can i run exe on clint who is loing in win 2000 domain?

In my office win 2000 server is domain

now i want one terminetx exe run on clint pc.

now i want to set that when my some employ when login on domain then

that exe is run on that pc.

which thing have to do in active directary user to run this exe on clint pc.

but

i want to run program run on domain loging so i can set the program in domain. i set in active directory user and run the program.

i set in active directory in Environment tab of user but it is not start.

so i want help.
