How 2 transfor MP3 file from PC to NOIKA 3230 ?

hi friends
i have NOKIA 3230 nd im using BLUETOOTH device to transfor files ..
im able to transfor files from my cell phone (3230) to PC, but im not able to transfore file from my PC to Cell Phone

plz help
tell me Is there any special software to do this ?

Well, as far as I know F-Explorer is a symbian based software by which you can browse the system of files of your phone memory and memory card. You can also do simple tasks like playing a music file or Cut/Copy/Paste files from one folder to the other in Symbian OS. I presonally prefer SeleQ which is another better Symbian based file browsing Software.

dear i have installed latest version but that is also not detecting my cell phone msg is

" cannot use connection type ,check that all the needed hardware, software and driver available "

both my devices are NEW , actually problem is that my cell phone is able to transfor data to my PC ,, but my PC is not able to send data to my Cell Phone , bcoz my pc is not detecting my cell phone ,,
i used latest version of PCSUITE also but all in vain
