how 2 backup drivers?? And how to make multi bootable Disk for vista/xp/7??

1st question:::

i've windows XP installed on my pc, when i try to install VISTA/WIN 7 some drivers show
incompatible like "NETGEAR W311 V3", "Bluetooth (bluesoleil)" and blah blah.. so tell me how can i make backup of drivers of these software from XP so i can install it on WIN 7/ VISTA??


2nd question:::

How to make bootable DISK of XP/VISTA/WINDOW 7 on single DVD??? Tell me the easiest process...

Question No.1: Youcannot install drivers which are not meant for a particular operating system. Of course there are software like driver magician which takes back uos, but that is to be used for the same OS/computer combination only. Generally Win 7 picks up almost all the devices automatically. For vista you may go the respective manufacturer's site and see suitable drivers for vista are available or not.

For second question: I also would like to know.
