Right off the assembly line
I bought a Pixelview Play TV Pro 2 TV Tuner card from Rashi Peripherals about 2 months back. Back then my OS was Windows 2000, and the card was working fine. Now I have moved back to Win98SE. The software that came with the card, Honestech TVR just doesn't run in WIN98SE. Since I still have Windows 2000 installed, I found that the card and the software still work fine in 2000. The box that the card came in clearly mentions support for WIN98SE.

The error message I get, when I run the TVR software in Win98SE is:

HONESTECHTV executed an invalid instruction in
module <unknown> at 0000:00000017.

Kindly help me out regarding this. Please advise if Rashi Peripherals is obligated to provide after-sales support and if I should insist on the same. I have tried speaking to them, but I have been directed to their "customer service centre" which apparently doesn't like me, cuz I've been calling up for the last 3 days, but no one answers the phone.

In the meanwhile please let me know if there's any other TVR software that I can use with this card. The TV Tuner chipset is BT878.
