The decided config is pretty good. Just couple of suggestions from my side.

1. If the purpose of the rig is gaming then buy a CPU cooler like CM Hyper 212 EVO @ 2K. The stock Intel Coolers are of very bad quality and can't even provide proper cooling even when the CPU is not overclocked.

2. If gaming is the sole purpose then opt for i5 2500K and a CPU cooler like Corsair A70.

3. Change the PSU to Corsair TX V2 or Seasonic SS-850AT 850W PSU. The Seonic 850W is basically same as TX 850V2 and priced around 6.3K

4. Postpone the purchase of Graphics card for now and wait for the AMD 7800 series card to be released. Otherwise try for the 2 GB version of HD 6950.

5. For monitor, try the BenQ G2420 series LED.

For Online shops, check in Smcinternational.in, Theitwares.com, Primeabgb.com or Deltapage.com. In one place you can't find all the components in cheaper price. So check different sites component basis.

The only difference between 2500K and 2600K is that 2600K has Hyper-Threading enabled, hence can process 8 threads simultaneously whereas 2500K does not have it.
Now currently none of the games can have any advantage by using a CPU with more than 4 cores, even using 4 cores is also very rare. i7 2600K is a great processor for multi tasking, Audio/Video encoding etc. But for gaming, performance difference is really less n.

There is bnothing like AMD cards are better than Nvdiia or vice versa. At your budget. HD 6950 offers slighly better performance.
