Right off the assembly line
I have an pentium 2.8ghz and 865 motherbord system,
Initially i had an 80gb hdd but now i have an additional 160gb hdd, after a week of installation my 160gb hdd is giving problem

i have mad 2 partitions of 160gb
drive g: 60gb & drive h: 100gb

now the drive g shows only 36gb, this drive is in NTFS format but it changes to rawdisk after reboot

and drive h:is in fat32 format the data's in it after restart gets deleted please any one help me

see try makin all drives to NTFS. that can work out.

'cos FAT32 filesystem can support a max of 32 GB with full stability. I havent checked it for NTFS. but NTFS will surely work well.

In any cases, it doesnt work then u r left wid one option. try makin small many partitions.

Surely go for NTFS.
If you want to continue using FAT32 you can refer to DIGIT mag. (last month i suppose) there was tip how to enable large disk support for FAT 32 drive.
