help with utorrent PLEASE

hello guys there i am using a 2mbps mtnl internet plan .... and i am getting very rotten speeds of around 45-110 KB/s please help me ....

2 mbps === and dload speeds iof 45-110kb/s ..ur getting it less..
ideally dload speed is 1/8 of stated speed so 2000/8= 250kbps u shud be getting

also depends on health of torrent..more the seeders more the torrent speed ...
