Help With Psp

hello guys i just bought a new psp-3000pb and borrowed the game fifa street 2 from a friend when i try to play the game in multiplayer we cannot detect each others games......
suppose i make a game ... my friend is not able to detect it .... i have psp -3000
and he has the psp - 1000 he is using the hacked version of the game

dude u can actually help me. Please tell me which one is better PSP 1000, 2000 or 3000? I am going to bye one as soon as possible but really very much confused between 2000 and 3000 because of the screen issue of 3000 version. Please suggest me. I hv questions
1. Is there actually any screen issue in 3000 version called scanlines?
2. Is it noticeable while playing videos or games?
3. From where did u purchased and for how much?
