Help with location in Hyderabad

Someone close to me is joining Wipro and has been told to report on the 11th Aug at Hyderabad. I had a quick look at Google maps but didn't find the address where he is to report. Instead of doing a more intensive search, I felt that there are probably forum members who could point it out. Can anyone please help? The address is

Surve No.64, Serillingampally Mandal,
Madhapur,
Hyderabad -500081

BTW, what do Surve and Mandal mean?
