Help With Broadband Modem

Guys I Hav A Beetel 220bx Combo Modem Connected Thru Usb My Prob Is Tat After Sum Time This Modem Causes Some Error Which Shows A Blue Screen On My Comp Sayin That Usb_bud_code ........n Then Says If It Is First Time Then Restart Else Conatct Sysadmin..also Check 4 Newly Installed Hardware...guys Plz Help Me Solve This Problem...

Try reinstalling ur modem driver.If this does not work then reset ur modem.
Check whether the driver for ur modem is WHQL certified.

which OS are you using?

if Windows XP, then do you have Service Pack 2 installed?

btw if you have ethernet card on you system, better use LAN cable, its faster & no need to install Modem drivers.

hey im using usb coz my lan port is used to connect 2 another comp via lan.....n i hav already reinstalled modem drivers 4 times..im using xp with 2 service packs...so please try 2 solve this problem..plzzzzzzzz

why not un-install usb drivers & install them again, or just remove the USB connectors-> restart->shutdown->connect them again->restart->check whether bsod occurs again & report back.
