When i click Start- Help and support.....its not opening....just a busy cursor and thats it.....what is the problem????

Well you really need "Help And Support" thats Clear

1. What kinda PC you are using (confi) ?
2. Is Help Service Running ???

Intel 845 gv Motherboard
2.0 GHz Processor
40 GB HDD
256 MB RAM

Help files must be corrupted or ur HDD is going worst.
I think it is happened, when you use old HDD (I mean after several formats).
