a FX build would be better for your needs. don't trust local shop keepers on these things, the only GPU they know is GT210 and they mostly sell El Cheapo PSU

FX 8350 -13k
Gigabyte 970ADS3P - 5.5k
HyperXFury 4GB -3k
Dell S2240L -8k
GTX 750 -8k
WD Blue 1TB -3.5k
Any Local Cabinet w/o PSU - 1k
Antec VP450p - 2.5k

if the rig is crossing your budget, get R7 250 ~6k

he is charging 6500 for software.

of he's selling legit version then I'd cost that much, but I'd day use Lightworks(free, pro version is somewhat cheap) for now and if you don't like it, get Sony Vegas(costly)

Have you already purchased the i5 4440 ? if so, id suggest skip graphics card, use the Intel HD graphics and save up for a better graphics card..
Spending on a 3.5 k card will only benefit about 20-30% over the intel iGPU, so its recommended you save up and atleast get a R7 250X ..
Regarding the mobo, ive heard good things about the B85 chipset, its not costly and it handles non K series processors quite well, just search for your favourite brand and buy a mobo based on that chipset (Id go for ASUS)..
4 GB RAM - Go for GSkill ripjaws or corsair XMS3 (slightly cheaper)
Cabinet- Not much idea but again, its a component on which you can save some cash to put in the GPU.. Remember, things like cabinet are only for aesthetics after a particular limit and even if you are dissatisfied you can upgrade later on.. Upgrading a GPU will be a pain in the ass if you hadnt planned to do it..
Id recommend Deepcool Tesseract SW (I own this, and i can say its pretty good) or Bitfenix Merc Alpha USB3.0

bitfenix alpha price perhaps 2.5k and antec vp 450 smps also 2.5k these looks good i searched and found asus b85 M-G motherboard about 6k so if i extent my budget for graphic card to 4.5 or even 5k can i have a good reliable gpu?if any cabinet for 1.5 k would be more budget friendly for me.onething more if i skip the gpu can it effect on my described work?

Go for this mobo
ASUS H81M-K Motherboard - ASUS : Flipkart.com
Not as good as a B85 but sufficient in terms of what you are gonna be using.. Wait for others to reply perhaps im missing something but i think H81 will also be good for your needs..
A R7 250 will be more than sufficient for your needs, you may go for slightly cheaper based on your needs.. again, i hope others clarify on this as i m not sure what kind of GPU is best for the software you asked.. and But regardless of what dedicated GPU u choose, Edious video supports Intel quicksync.. SO be sure to try that out with Intel HD graphics which provides a significant performance boost in rendering time
The most budget friendly "Acceptable" cabinet in my opinion is Cooler Master Elite 310/311 (Pricing is around 1.9k)
And that SMPS is perfect, dont change that.. VP 450p is considered tdf meta :)

well FX8350 would easily win over i5 4440 in terms of your needs but you wanna buy i5 rig so suggesting one

i5 4440
Asus B85 D3H / H81M K - 6k/3.5k
HyperXBlu/HyperXFury 4GB - 3k/3.5k
Deepcool Tesseract - 3k

no need to buy a GPU under 3.5k just as Nerevarine saidif your budget is 5k, go for R7 250, it'd be sufficient.

you can go with a good local cabinet if budget is low.

get VP450p online. if you ate going with a b85 mobo, get the Asus one, AFAIK, ASRock's ASS is not good. don't buy you now. save up money and get at least R7 250 or GTX750 ;)

The integrated GPU of i5 is much better than ati 5450. Don't listen to the shopkeeper, only get the components mentioned here.
Don't buy graphic card for now. Keep the money and save more money and add to it.

He is overcharging for psu too. Get Antec VP450p online @ 2800 rs => here Access Denied

For motherboard
Asus H81m-k Motherboard @ 3800 rs = > Access Denied

or

Gigabyte B85 D3H @ 5400 rs = > Access Denied

Check all prices online and buy locally only if you get the right components at a lower price.

i enquired from shopkeeper about graphic card so he told me that ati 5450 is enough for my work and he is charging me 3.5k for that while it is available in market in 2k so anybody will tell me the exact price of that card and i enquired on net about smps i found many smps under 2.5k,cooler master elite 350w 1.8k,antec bp 300p 300w 2.5k,corsair vs 350 350w 2.1k ,you give me advise please if any good.

You dont even need HD 5450, because the Intel HD graphics is both newer, supports more features like Intel Quicksync and arguably faster in raw performance

Why not try it with intel integrated GPU first, if you feel like you need specialised performance, then go ahead and buy..
For most video editing programs, intel quicksync is much more superior than specialised nvidia and amd encoder/decoders..
just give it a go, if you dont like it you can always upgrade later

Okay, tell me what exactly will you be doing with Edius video editor ? Transcode, edit videos, export, convert.. is this what you will be doing ? If so, then search around if it supports intel quicksync.. googling hit up 2 results that says it does, but you have to verify it yourself in the software interface..
Quicksync, uses the intel iGPU to the full potential when transcoding videos that delivers speeds better than 20k GPUs..
If you are to use your rig for gaming, then getting a GPU makes sense.. regardless of which you should still use intel quicksync for video transcoding (possible via windows resolution manager)
