I bought a samsung jet this February . The phone worked fine till this May when summer started. Now it has started becoming unresponsive, specially if i am outside in open space ( temp nearly (38/40 C) , but it has never troubled me in Airconditioner.... 
Sudden change in the temperature and humidity makes this phone freeze.
I went to samsung service center ,buggers just updated the firmware and give it back ,with problem persisting .
I have tried to call samsung customer care but when they hear that i m calling regarding Jet they just keep me on hold.
Please help me ,what should i do next .
