i M studying in 2ND YEAR DIPLOMA in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.

This is a three year diploma course & after 3 years i wish to study abroad, so could u pls. suggest me which is a good country & a universities where i can pusue my further carrer ????

And if you do go, please come back to India and uplift our socio-econmic condition.
