Help on Low budget config required

Hi Guys,I have a very low budget of 15~18k. Help me out with a config.

Following are the hardware requirements:
1. Motherboard (other than AMD)
2. Processor
3. RAM (2 GB)
4. DVD Writer
5. Cabinet
6. HDD (Max possible)
7. UPS (Decent backup)
8. Graphics Card(if possible)

Graphics card is optional and is taken as an add on here.
Purpose is 24X7 downloading and very light gaming along with other daily uses.

2) ASUS P5K VM : 5k
3. RAM (2 GB) : Transcend for 1100 rupees
4. DVD Writer : Samsung for 1100 rupees
5. Cabinet : Zebronics/mercury for 1500 rupees
6. HDD (Max possible) : Seagate 500GB with 32MB buffer for 3k or 160GB for 1.9k
7. UPS (Decent backup) : APC 500VA for 2.5k

you already have monitor, k/b, mouse etc?

Consider Intel dg35ec over the Asus one as it has Gma x3500 which supports Shader model 4.0(i know integrated are not for gaming). And it also cost around 5k depending upon where you live.

Ya I have the monitor, k/b and mouse..

@Bassam904 i'll be getting the config from Nehru Place (Delhi) so i hope to get the cheapest possible price..

I inquired and got the following quotes without specifications:

1. Nvidia Motherboard: Rs3300 (Although I wont be going for it)
2. C2D 2.66 : Rs4990
C2D 3.0 : Rs8990
3. 2GB RAM: Rs760
4. DVD RW : (LG) Rs1100
5. HDD 1TB: Rs4750
6. Cabinet: Rs1100

So going by these prices I hope the specs u guys mentioned must be a bit cheaper so you want to make any modifications? Also is it advisable to go for 3.0 in place of 2.66 as I dont want to upgrade the machine in the coming 2-3 yrs?
I have one week's time before making a visit to Nehru Place.
