PSU:
Corsair-Builder Series CX500 V2 500W PSU 80 + (CMPSU-

cpu: AMD-FX 4100 (AM3+ , 3,6 GHz , 12 MB)

Motherboard:Gigabyte-MB 990XA-UD3 (sAM3+, DDR3, 990 X)

RAM: Corsair-Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600 Kit

gpu: Sapphire-6870 (PCI-Express, GDDR5 , 1GB)
is this good config buget is 550 euros
nothing extra needed.

Pick up Corsair GS600 instead of CX500v2.

GPU is nice. Motherboard is nice. RAM is also nice, but you can buy Gskill Ripjaws X as they have lower profiles than Vengeance.

For processor, pick up Phenom II X4 970 instead of FX-4100. If you want to get FX for overclocking, I'd say, spend more and pick up FX-8120. FX-4100 isn't worth it.
