Help: My Creative Zen Micro 8 GB died

Hi All

I bought this gr8 player from HK in Jun06...it was working fine uptil now..but now comp doesnt seem to recognise it as USB nor does it gets charged..

I tried every faq sol. of creative manual..but it didnt start..when i thought of buying its electric charger in delhi from listed shops of creative....customer shops say they dont have it...

even i asked my frnd in Seoul,Korea to get it..and its not thr..

can somebody help me to revive my zen ?

Hi,

I have been using Zen micro for a while now and when ever I have a problem with my Zen I always go to a gr8 tech support site that help me deal with my problems.
They also have free live chat support

It is better to give it for repairs. Or search in search engines about the problem you have.

tnx..i tried on tech support forum..only one ans came ..and it didnt help...reinstalling battery and agin charging is no good
