Broken In
Hey guys,
I am going to get 2 low end pcs for normal surfing, normal movie viewing BUT NO GAMING.
We 2 persons in our family need it n so we need 2 of em. Thanks if u can help.
I AM NOT LOOKING TO OVERCLOCK my pcs right now but if there is a slight benefit by doing so in the near future, that wud be just an additional benefit.
The config that is absolutely decided for these two is -
a) A fairly better pc than low priced pc, fine for next 6-8 months -
CPU (fixed)- ( AN INTEL CORE2DUO FINE PERFORMANCE CPU ) - EITHER ONE OF CORE2DUO E7200/E7300/E7400/E8400. PLS TELL ME PRICES N WHICH ONE IS BETTER. IF THERE IS A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE IN PRICE, COMING with a quite better performance, i will go with the higher one. eg. 6mb cache of E8400 holds what benefit against 3mb cache of E7300.
MOBO - PLS SUGGEST ME ANY 2 NORMAL PRICED BUT DECENT PERFORMANCE MOBOS, WITH ONBOARD GRAPHICS, PREFERABLY nVIDIA. RANGE RS.3000 - 5000. I AM REALLY LOOKING TO ADD 4 HARD DISKS (internal) IN THIS CONFIG PC, so better tell me mobos which have capabilities to have slots for 4 hard disks.
b) A lower end pc -
CPU (fixed) - ( A AMD CPU, X2 DUAL CORE, fine performance in normal range of around Rs.3200 ). Pls suggest with prices.
MOBO - A light budget good performer, with onboard graphics, preferably nVIDIA. DONT FORGET TO TELL PRICES. And tell me if u have different options too.
