Help me upgrade my pc...

So i have 12k to spend.I thought of upgrading my pc a bit.My present config is:
Intel core 2 duo E4600 2.4Ghz
Intel DG33 mobo (its dead!!!)
Nvidia 8600gt (its dead too)
Zion 2x1 GB DDR2 RAM
WD cavair HDD 160GB
Sony DVD/RW
Foxin cabinet
SMPS 460W(bundled with the case)

So,i thought of buying the following things:
cooler master elite 310 cabinet -1.5k
cooler master extreme power 400w -1.7k
Mobo ???
graphics card ???

Guys please help me choosing a decent graphics card and a compatible motherboard with my processor.

PSU- FSP Saga II 500w @Rs.2000
CM 310 is fine
Total till now 3.5k
there wont be much improvement by only upgrading a mobo and a GFX card
AMD Phenom II x4 840 Rs.4800
Asus M4A78LT-M LE Rs.2600
G.Skill Ripjaws F3-12800CL9S-4GBRL Rs.2000
Sapphire HD6750 RS.6000

Total of all these is Rs.18.5k approx which will give a HUGE boost in performance

AMD Athlon II x4 635 @ 4k
Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H @ 3.9k
G-skill F3-10600CL9S-2GBNT @ 0.7k
Corsair GS600 @ 4k

Total - 12.6k

and upgrade to a good gpu like 6950 or 560 ti later
