Help me to Choose a Mobi

Hi I like to assemble a new PC to my cousin and I am problem choosing the right Mobo. The budget is 20K

Mainily used for Office related work

I had choosed
AMD Athlon II X4 635
Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H or GA-880GM-UD2H
2GB Kingston/Gskill 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM
500GB WD Caviar Blue
Cooler Master Elite 310
FSP Saga II 350w PSU

No need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, dvd writer.

Can any one Plz help me choose the motherbord for this.
There is no-need for a discrete Graphics card. So we need a Mobo with integrated Graphics
is the GA-880GMA-UD2H has an integrated graphics and I also like this one because it has USB 3

What is the diff between GA-880GMA-UD2H and GA-880GM-UD2H
is the one is with integrated graphics and another is with non Integrated graphics



Can any one guide me plz

^^ it has. no worry. choice is good & if possible get the 400W unit even if you don't add a discrete graphics now.

GA-880GMA-UD2H = GA-880GMA-UD2H + USB 3.0 controller.

as per u r advise I will go for 400W PSU
and for Motherboard I will go for GA-880GMA - UD2h

that had a integrated graphics card
