HELP ME !! Spyware/Maleware attack !!

i keep on getting messages like this and popup window is opeed by itself

.iinstalled Spybot S&D and starting removing the maleware

can anyone help me in finding the perfect anti spyware Software ?

its a rogue anti-spy asking u to download its nastier side; posbly a Virusburst variant. turn off system restore for the moment. use rogue remover. and then finish off with ccleaner. btw, adaware is also xpctd to remove it. scan in safe mode for best results.
