Help me out... Please..??

Hey guys.... i'm planning to upgrade my CPU.I have to change evrything so i need your help
The things i have to change is as follows..:-
1) the mother-board
2)the Graphic card
3) the ram
4) all the other stuff required for the CPU (like cooling fans... sound card etc etc..)
5) hard drive and the optical drive
6) i need a good operating system ( XP or windows 7)
7) AND MOST IMPORTANT..... THE PROCESSOR CHIP

I am hardcore gamer and i work with ADOBE aftereffects.. so i need good ram speed and a good graphic card
The budget is 600$ or 25000 rs and under.. i know this is pretty cheap but thats all i have..
P.s- please be a little specific cause i got to show this to my DAD for approval....
