Help me Installing Windows

Hello Guys, I just got my PC assembled
When I try to install windows it repeat the same message "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in Selected boot device and press a key_"

My System Specs:-
CPU:-FX 8350
Mobo:-M5A97 R2.0
RAM:-G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL)
GPU:-7950 Sapphire AMD/ATI VAPOR-X HD
PSU:-Corsair GS 600
Cabinet:-NZXT 210 Elite
HDD:- WD Green 500 gig

Adjust the BIOS, so that it boots first from the installation media.
Usually it can be found under something like Advanced settings > Boot order/ First boot device etc.
Certain motherboards also allow to choose the boot device by pressing certain(F12 in some) key and then selecting the boot device.

^ if that does not work, the installation media is probably corrupt. I assume its the *ahem* version, so getting another copy wouldn't be difficult.

Is the dvd bootable?

I guess the DVD is not detected as bootable

Okay, Guys my problem is fixed the DVD that I bought was faulty they simply changed it
