<HELP> Ipod Video 60GB Queries

I am planning to ask my friend to carry 60GB ipod video. But i have few queries :-

1) which video formats does it support?

2) is it possible to charge and play ipod simultaneously?

3) does it have a voice recording option like other mp3 players? if not, is there any accessory for the same?

4) do we need any other accessory for video output for tv?

5) i heard batteries of ipod wearoff soon... do we get the batteries in India (Mumbai?) ... any idea of cost? 20hr battery for 60GB..

6) how comfortable is the browsing thro files on 60GB of data?

Info on 1) and 4) can be found at the ipod website and other online sources. I'll be getting one of these soon (december). Will review as soon as I do.

Right now I'm salivating over my new Compaq V2000 (AMD Turion64) laptop. Expect a review tomorrow.
