Help!! - IP Address conflict!

I have a BSNL Data One connection!!

I am getting a message popped up every few minutes on my task bar... saying...

" Windows- System Error"
"There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network."

What is the problem..
Why is it coming all the time?
AND HOW can i stop it??

In the cmd prompt, try doing a
ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew
