when i run the games call of duty2 and godfather from thier cracks

it says the game has encountered a problem and needs to close

but call of duty 2 and godfather ran smoothly

they r pirated

but my splintercell chaos theory is original is running fine
but my san andreas is also pirated but it still runs fine

Dude there must be some problem with your game cd

Just run a virus check

and then clear all viruses and then try to run the game again..
