Help for smps and motherboard for desktop

Right off the assembly line
Hi,
I am buying a new desktop computer. I am not able to decide the wattage of smps that I should take. Here's the configuration:

Processor : amd phenom X3 8450 or X4 (based on availability)
Graphics : nvidia 8500gt 512MB
Motherboard : MSI K9N SLI-F V2
Monitor : Samsung 632 NW
RAM : Transcend 2GB
Hard Disk : 80GB Wester Digital SATA
DVD Writer : LG Electronics GSA-H10L

Please help me out in deciding.
Also is motherboard good enough. I am buying for gaming purpose. :confused:

I prefer u go for INTEL mobo + PROCC

hmmm...
actually been a fan of AMD so didnt consider the intel option seriously. i guess no harm in purchasing intel as the reviews are very good.
ok.. so will go with ur configuration but with intel as processor and MSI P45 Neo-F as the motherboard.
