Help for motherboard driver

I have Compaq Presario SG10081L Pc.I format harddrive due 2 system corupt.I reinstall XP SP2 PRO and then update 2 SP3.I have no mother board cd.So that VGA missing.Please give direct download link for mother board driver.My mother board details below -
Processor-P4 2.4 Ghz 533 frönt side bus,
Socket-478,
Chipset-Intel 845 GV,
Motherboard Manufacture-Gigabyte,
Motherboard Model no-XP P41M533GV,
HP/COMPAQ Motherboard Name-Sneha GL6,
I have no net conection on pc.Please PC experts give full solution.
