Help for mobo-cpu combo and rest config.

I want to assemble a pc for my frnd for 30k plz reply soon

plz suggest the foll.

1.AMDcpu-mobo combo(Not more than 9-10k)
Mobo should have sata2,preferably pci-e 2 and ddr3.
for the cpu i'm going for 3800+ X2

2.Intel cpu-mobo combo(not more than 10k)
C2D 4300 for cpu and a 975 or 965 based mobo or better at the range of 5k

3.rest is 320GB HDD-3.5k (Seagate or WD), XFX 8500 GT 5.2k, DVD writer-1.8k(LG or Lite-on or Samsung), 1GB DDR2 800MHz-2.1k, SMPS 500V and cabinet(plz suggest which brand)-3k, modem 56k-0.5k, APC UPS-2.2k,2.1 speakers and keyboard mouse combo-1.5k

plz suggest diff. combinations of my config. to maximize the mobo-cpu range

Biostar TA 690G for 4750/- from Abacus peripherals
AMD X2 4400+ for 5400/- (at 2.3GHz n make sure its a brisbane core)

1stly AMD config

Athlon 64 X2 4800+ cost 6600Rs,

jetway M2A692-GDG cost 3400Rs

intel would be
intel E4300 cost 4800Rs,

motherboard XFX 650i ultra 5.5K to 6K,
or ASUS P5N E SLi 7K,

both have same chipset but the asus one is a SLi one,


about the rest config,
cabinet peace with 500 WATT smps 3K,
DVD writer a lite on 20x for 1.7K,

a better gfx card instead of 8500GT,

a leadtek 8600GT @ 7 to 8K,
cause 8500Gt just doesn't worth,
