Help! Dec06 Issue Tips & Tricks Failure???

Hi! I am a regular reader of DIGIT having winXP
sp2.In Dec06 issue under Digital
tools>tips&tricks>winamp>make it sound better
section there ask to try a decoder named MAD
MP3 DECODER. Whenever I try to download from
the link
provided(www.mars.org/home/rob/proj/mpeg/mad-pl
ugin/) the whole link doesn't open.Instead by
searching it goes
to(*www.underbit.com/products/mad/)
download.After downloading no .exe file comes
but a lot of .h type files.What should I do
now...?
If anyone knows another powerful decoder(of
course,free)for winamp please send the
link.Waiting for ur precious help!!!
