Help buying a mobile phone within 12k - need quick sugestions

My criteria are as follows-
12k max
>= 5 inch, 5.5-6 inch (if possible within budget)
>=1.5 GB RAM (2 GB or more better)
Dual sim :GSM - 850, 900, 1800, 1900; UMTS - 2100 (very vital)
Classy Look, Good build quality. edged corner (not rounded)
Accurate GPS (with magnetic sensor)
Decent with flash, front camera not necessary
Primary use is Multimedia (music specially), Web Browsing
Battery should be good.

What about the battery? It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and I have some experiences with mobile drops (lumia, karbon, gionee was still alive though), is this OK with Asus Zenfone 5?

Its good but Moto G has 1 GB RAM and really rounded corners.

Moto G is a great phone if you consider it.

Skip ZenFone if want accurate GPS, the GPS is below average of ZenFone 5. However, the same could be said for Moto G, I don't have one, can't say. Maybe see some Youtube videos.

We don't have much choices left for 2 GB Ram, 5" and edged corners then.
