for a budget of Rs.250 why to consider dubai....dont get me wrong but if u want something good and that too from abroad for cheap then at least spend Rs.2000 and get sennhieser headphones....

no brand is good for Rs.250 coz this price is not good for a good brand....

u can get british airways headphones some local cassette/cd shops....offers decent bass

otherwise intex...but be ready for some bad quality audio....

try to search for british airways headphones from different local shops....
