I have a duel booting m/c with two HDDs. On 'C' partition in first HDD i have Windows XP Professional and in the second HDD it is Vista Ultimate. Recently I cloned the first HDD (containing XP) to a new HDD using Acronis Easy Migrate in view to upgrade to a high capacity HDD. After replacing the old one with the the new one after cloning I am able to log into the Vista, but when I try to log into XP using the Boot Menu I get a 'missing NTLDR' message. But when checked from Vista I found this file including 'boot.ini' and ntdetect.exe existing in cloned C partition. Posted for discussions/solutions.Cloning was carried from Windows XP.
