My computer has developed a unique problem. I use Reliance R-Connect to connect to the net with a LG LSP 350 R Usb CDMA x1 Phone cum modem on a P-4 1.7 Ghz, 184 mb RAM, 40 GB HDD, and a DVD writer and a firewire card.
Operting system is Windows XP Professioal Version and I use Opera for browsing.

When I am connected to the net, in that time if anybody switch off any light or fan from the same board, instntly the net get disconnected. Is it any problem from power supply irregularities. Recently, the mounting of the cpu cooler fan got broken and I have fixed it with Feviquick due to the fact that I could not find any seller with Fan Mounting stock.

Can any one suggest me what may be the problem?

Its a very common problem and has been faced my so many RConnect users...
It happens whenever we switch on/off some electric euipment attached to the same board.
Either change ur board or do proper earthing...

Atlast I found the solution.

I used to connect my USB phone in the front USB ports, which were installed later to facilitate front side availability of USB Ports. When accidently I used the rear usb ports the problems are gone. No more disconnection due to switch off of Tubelights.
