Hard Drive partion ????????

i bought new 250 seagate sata hard disk and i have another seagate 80 GB hard drive
how many partion is best with how many amount???????????????????
i use 2 operating system and one linux O.S

It depends upon how many OS will u install on it and what kind of contents do u like, like movies, songs, games, softwares, etc.
