I have never heard any game released for a particular version of windows.It may be for DX10 but not just for vista.

Vista has nothing special (except new looks) when compared to XP, & XP is selling well.

MS will only lose if they make Halo3 run only on Vista. Come on, think of it. Who'll spend out more than 100 dollars just to get some cool aero-gloss effects when one can easily get a XP OEM version for a far lesser amount. It'll take a long long time before everyone start embracing Vista.

My PC is well equipped to run Vista. But I don't want to waste lots of money just for some visual effects. For next 2 or 3 years, XP will do the job well. I have a friend who's still using Windows 95 LOL!!!
