Gta::VC, DLL support, HELP!!

I installed gta::vc today and when launched the game, it said a file mss32.dll is missing!
I downloaded the mss32.dll from dll-files.com and saved it to c:/windows/system directory...
Now when i launch the game it says, "The GTA-VC.EXE file is linked to missing export MSS32.dll:_AIL_set_stream_volume@8."!!!
Can anyone help?? please its urgent!

go to www.driverguide.com and see if you get the mising dll file there
