Hey guys I have installed gta 4 recently on my system but it is a little bit slow so please help me how to overcome the problem.
My cpu specs are Intel Pentium 3@3ghz,nvidia geforce 210 @ 1 gb ram 2 gb &500 GB hdd

Lower everything to minimum and update the game. Thats all I can suggest.

I have a gt 220 in my office pc, and gta 4 runs good on it on 1280*720 with all settings low.... but i have i7-3770k and 16gb RAM
So I think maybe your processor is a bottleneck

Gta4 needs a very good cpu to be able to run it at least decently. I had trouble running it on my and athlon dual core 2 ghz. Your cpu is definitely the bottleneck here as anaklusmos suggested.

Why??? I know its quite old, but if its working then why not use it?
If OP consider to game alot(new kick@ss games then he should upgrade... Your post gives messege like P3 is old, so its Banned to use in 2013
