GTA 3 flying helicopter

Please provide a link to any mod or trainer or anything that lets u fly helicopter in gta 3.i triead a couple of mods but not working.
please help

its vice city i think. Coz I also uninstalled the game afer i cudnt finish that mission.

I think he is asking about how to fly the helicopter that is found on the top of the casino on the second island. From what I know, there is no way to even get till there, so flying it....um, no idea.

flying helicopter is a real mess......esp that RC helicopter mission is hell nightmare for me, can't make it even after several useless tries......
