I had a Sennheiser CX 180 which i bought after the recommendations from TDF guys and for the 2 year warranty. It was more than a year old and recently the max volume of the thing had gone down too much. so i contacted the bangalore service centre and they asked me to send it to them as am from kerala. Now i was really a bit skeptical about sending it to them but finally i did and am very happy to inform you guys that i got my replacement yesterday. They have sent me a new CX180 and am loving the sound of it.
Really great response and they also responded very fast ( Exactly 5 days after i sent them the faulty one I had the new ones in my hand).
