Graphic card question

Ok guys I've been searching for an answer for this question for like hours :

My laptop has :
Intel(R) HD Graphics

Chip Type : Intel(R) HD Graphics (Core i5)

Driver version : 8.15.10.2202

I want to play this game called continent of the ninth and the recommended video card is ATI Radeon HD1900 or Geforce 8000 series

and the minimum video card is ATI Radeon 9800 or geforce 6600 series

Now I don't know anything about graphic cards, but will I be able to run the game? On atleast medium settings?
