Good Configuration @ Rs.30,000

My friend has planned to buy a new computer, He asked me for the good configuration with his budget of Rs.30,000 + 5,000 i.e he can't extend his budget to 35,000+... I dono wat config to prescribe him at this budget... He is also not specific about his requirements and other things...

Which one to go for??? AMD Or Intel???

Please help him to get the best at his budget...

RAM : 2*512 MB = 1 GB DDR2
HDD : 160GB Sata
Monitor : 15" Samsung or LG (may be u can fit in the 17" too...)
Cabinet + SMPS : any local with warrenty
Keyboard Mouse : u choose
UPS : APC or for budget cut local brand which u trust...
SKP : I cant comment on that may be Creative 2.1 (i am not a good fan of SKP system)

Yes nw all the motherboard have onboard graphics card.But fot gaming sm sm high end game u will need to buy a graphics card.

Hey buy a flat moniter ...that will cm at abt 6k(17" black,flat)
UPS will cost u around 2k.
cabinet(with smps)..around 1200-1400 bucks.
DVD witer(sony)-2k only.
